Delivery information

1. Purchased goods are delivered throughout the territory of Lithuania via DPD couriers. In Lithuania, goods are delivered FREE OF CHARGE. The ordered goods will be sent within 2 - 5 working days after your payment confirmation.

 When the goods are handed over to the courier service, we will send you a shipment tracking code to your e-mail. Just enter the shipment tracking code on the DPD website and you will see where your shipment is.

Delivery to other EU countries depends on the country and the weight of the shipment. Prices are listed  in the cart summary, after entering the country. The customer receives the goods in EU countries within 4 -10 working days after shipment. Orders are accepted daily, but only on weekdays.

2. The description of each product shall indicate the preliminary delivery period of that product, which is calculated from the confirmation of the order, ie when the order is checked and payment for the goods is received. If the delivery time does not suit you, please contact us by e-mail info@alineko.com. If the shipment is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you immediately.

3. In all cases, if the buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must indicate his remarks in the delivery document submitted by the courier or draw up a separate report on such damage. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability against the Buyer for damage to the goods related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not indicate in the courier's delivery document. After that, you must also inform us about any observed deficiencies that have occurred during transportation.
